Marion's maintains the necessary bonding and insurance. Do I know who is cleaning my home?Our staff is carefully screened before being hired. Every team member must complete a thorough training program betore advancing to a formal house-cleaning position.
What happens if the work is not satisfactory?Some cleaning services charge extra for re-dos. Not Marion's.
Every cleaning is inspected by an on-site team leader and guaranteed to your satisfaction. If an area needs attention. we will schedule a touch-up visit at no additional cost. |
Could I be responsible for employment taxes?When hiring an individual cleaner directly, homeowners may have tax and withholding responsibilities. Marion's stays current with applicable federal and local requirements so clients are not left managing those obligations.
Do they provide all supplies and professional equipment?Marion's provides professional cleaning equipment, HEPA-filtered vacuums, backpack vacuums designed to reach difficult areas without scratching floors, and sanitized microfiber towels and mop heads. We do not use sponge mops, helping ensure floors are cleaned and sanitized.
Will I reach a real person?We take a neighborly approach and look forward to hearing from you. With rare exceptions, you will reach a live person when you call our office.
